Adamawa: President Buhari Sad, Reacts Over Boko Haram’s Attack on Communities

President Muhammadu Buhari has expressed sorrow for the assassination of many civilians, including a vigilante leader and the Hamlet Head of Dabna, a village in Dugwaba, Adamawa’s Hong Local Government Area.
This was said by Buhari’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, in an Abuja statement on Thursday.
Shehu explained that the president was reacting to an event that occurred in the state on Wednesday.
“This level of savagery, inhumanity and reckless disregard for the sanctity of life cannot go unpunished.’’

The President ordered security personnel to redouble their efforts and respond quickly and decisively to these security concerns.
“We can’t afford to disappoint Nigerians that have entrusted their security in our hands.’’
He instructed that the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development analyze the community’s losses and deliver assistance as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, President Buhari has dispatched a high-powered team to the town to express his condolences to the victims’ families and the Adamawa government.
