Application For Sony Music Group Scholars Program 2022/2023

For their Sony Music Group Scholars Program, Sony Music Group is now accepting applications from students who meet the necessary qualifications. For all students, it is a fully financed scholarship.

Concerning Sony Music Group

The American international music corporation Sony Music Entertainment (SME), usually referred to as Sony Music, was founded in the country.

It is a subset of the Sony Music Group, which is controlled by Sony Entertainment and run by Sony’s American umbrella business. It is owned by the parent corporation Sony Group Corporation.

Sony Music Group Scholars Program Requirements

1. Students planning to enroll full-time in an accredited college or university degree program, including 3–4 year undergraduate degree programs, in the academic year 2022–2023 are eligible for this grant.

2. To be eligible for this award, you must keep your GPA at or above the U.S. equivalent of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

3. A candidate’s academic history must demonstrate the ability to excel in a college or university program in their chosen field of the music business.

4. A proven need for money.

5. While acceptance into a program is not necessary at the time of application, recipients of scholarships will need to show proof of full-time participation before receiving their award money.

Sony Music Group Scholars Program Selection Standards

The following standards will be used to evaluate Sony Music Group Scholars Program scholarship candidates:

1. Success and promise in the music industry.

2. Proven ability and potential for leadership.

3. Individualism, dedication, and talent in the topic of study and eventual employment they have selected.

4. A definite financial requirement to fund educational objectives.

5. Academic success.

6. Academic and professional aspirations that align with the scholarship’s stated goals.

7. Remarkable references.

Required Documents

An entire application that includes the following must be submitted in English for

1. A fully filled out online application

2. A remark about oneself (up to 3,500 characters)

3. an estimate of the tuition and other costs you should anticipate to pay to finish your degree programs in the school year 2022–2023;

4. Two character references. The letters must be written by someone who does not belong to your family and is well acquainted with you, such as your boss, scoutmaster, professor, employer, etc.

5. School-issued high school transcripts and grade reports (for applicants from the United Kingdom or Commonwealth countries, A level, O level, GCSE, or BTEC results are also acceptable)

6. Only submissions that are submitted by the deadline will be considered. Any part of your application that is false or plagiarized will result in instant rejection.
