frames per second on quick displays. The TUF Gaming F15 features a 240Hz

The TUF Gaming F17
downscales to a 144Hz screen, which is still plenty fast enough for
fast-paced gaming. Adaptive-Sync allows top settings to dynamically
adjust their refresh rate to fit the GPU’s frame rate, resulting in
smoother gameplay with less lag and no tearing. They also keep bright
colors through a wide range of viewing angles.

Scenario Profiles optimize cooling, stability, and other device settings to provide users with the best possible configuration at any given time.

They can change operating modes automatically depending on the active app, or users can switch them manually using a keyboard shortcut. Performance mode optimizes pace and acoustics for the best gaming experience, while Turbo mode provides optimal performance and fan speeds for intensive tasks. Silent mode eliminates background noise when doing things like browsing the internet, watching TV shows, and other light tasks.

The latest TUF Gaming F15 and F17 come in two color options: sleek Eclipse Gray and bold Graphite Black. From the subtle, hairline brush strokes across the lid and palm rest to the textured honeycomb grip, both styles feature sharp lines and clean-cut accents.

The new TUF Gaming logo emblazoned on the lid suits the redesigned aesthetic. This more contemporary look adds a new dimension to the series while maintaining its superior longevity.

These devices, like their predecessors, are put through rigorous testing to ensure that they meet military-grade MIL-STD-810H requirements. The F15 and F17 are put through rigorous tests that include everything from severe weather to drops and falls. DTS:XTM Ultra technology provides high-fidelity, 7.1-channel virtual surround sound, making gaming more immersive.
