Lt.-Gen. Ibrahim Attahiru, the Chief of Army Staff and ten other Soldiers, in a jet crash in Kaduna on Friday died
Ndume, in an emotional statement released in Abuja on Saturday, called Attahiru’s death a national tragedy.
The COAS, according to the representative of Borno South Senatorial District in the National Assembly (NASS), died a noble hero.
The senator stated that the team has already begun implementing methods that the Nigerian Army would require to deal with external and internal forces endangering the country’s peace.
