Ex-lover of Tonto Dikeh demands N2billion compensation Over Demolition of Mansion

Prince Joseph Kpokpogri, the ex-boyfriend of actress Tonto Dikeh, has sued the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) for N2 billion over the destruction of his multimillion-naira residence.
Kpokpogri’s team of attorneys, led by Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN, filed an ex-parte motion on his behalf, and as a result, the court issued an order preventing the FCT Minister from further demolishing the house.
According to The Nation, the Abuja Metropolitan Management Council, Federal Housing Authority, Attorney General of the Federation, Federal Capital Territory Administration, and Federal Capital Development Authority are the additional defendants in the lawsuit in addition to the FCT Minister.
The Federal Housing Authority issued letters of allocation for Plots 203 and 204, 27 Road, Gusape District, Apo Estate, Abuja, and the court issued an order of interim injunction prohibiting the defendants—by themselves, their agents, officials, privies, all those claiming to have derived title from them, or other persons howsoever called—from trespassing on or further trespassing on, demolishing, or further demolishing the property.
In the main lawsuit, Kpokpogri is asking the court, among other things, to order the defendants to pay him N2 billion in aggravated and general damages.
On May 14, Kpokpogri claimed that the Federal Capital Development Authority had illegally and without warning demolished his Guzape building, which was worth over N700 million.
He asserted that it was oppressive conduct to decide to demolish his mansion.
Kpokpogiri said that his home was destroyed because he would not sell it to “some powerful” but unidentified parties who had pleaded with him to do so.
The ex-lover of Tonto Dikeh vowed to fight fiercely to get justice for the destroyed structure.
