Melinda Gates has been Pushing For Divorce Over Bill Gates and Jeffrey Epstein Friendship, Since 2019

According to The Wall Street Journal, Bill Gates’ relationship with infamous paedophile Jeffrey Epstein was a factor in his divorce from wife Melinda.

Gates’ relationship with the disgraced financier and convicted sex abuser did not sit well with his 27-year-old wife, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Melinda Gates started meeting with divorce lawyers more than a year ago,
according to The Wall Street Journal, with her dissatisfaction with her
husband’s relationship with Epstein dating back to 2013.

A former employee of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation told the Wall Street Journal that Melinda Gates was uncomfortable with Epstein after meeting him in 2013.

Despite his wife’s fears, her husband maintained a friendship with Epstein.

The New York Times announced in 2019 that Gates and Epstein had met on
several social occasions, with Gates staying at Epstein’s New York
townhouse on one occasion.

In 2019, Gates told The Wall Street
Journal that he had met Epstein but that they “didn’t didn’t have any business relationship or friendship with him”.

According to Bridgitt Arnold, a Microsoft spokeswoman, their discussions were solely focused on philanthropy.

“Bill Gates regrets ever meeting with Epstein and recognises it was an error in judgment to do so,” Arnold said in 2019.

Boris Nikolic, a venture capitalist, was listed as a backup executor of Epstein’s will just days before he died.

Bill Gates hired Nikolic as a science advisor.

Nikolic sent an email statement to Bloomberg after Epstein’s death,
claiming that Epstein had not informed him about the will and that he
would not be acting as executor.

The Gates did not elaborate about why they decided to break in their Twitter post.

Following a trade show in New York, Bill and Melinda met at Microsoft and started dating in 1987.

Bill Gates, according to Melinda, measured the pros and cons on a blackboard before they married in Hawaii in 1994.

Jennifer, Phoebe, and Rory Gates are their three children.
